Small movements and many repetitions tone muscles that you didn't even know you had! Join instructor Jenna Chase to look and feel your best.Equipment needed for class: a chair or countertop to hold onto, light handweights, versa loop, gliding disks for hardwood/smooth floors (or use socks or facecloths), and bender ball (or equivalent).
