CRMA Certified Residential Medication Aide

$300

This 40-hour state certification course prepares students to administer medications in state-certified residential facilities in Maine.  Learn all about medications and their side effects and how to document procedures performed. This is a high demand job in Maine  and highly recommended for CNAs who work in Assisted Living facilities and/or the PSS. You must be 18 years of age and pass a CASAS Reading test to be eligible for the class. We must have 8 students to run the class so please let us know as soon as possible of your interest by calling the office at 730-5040 or e-mailing Joan Tremberth at jtremberth@scarboroughschools.org.

TU/TH 5:00 - 9:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 - 3:00 PM

Starts: March 28, 2017

3/28. 3/30, April 1, 4, 6, 8 and 11, 13 & 15

Cost: $300 (including books and materials) Instructor:  Jane Gagnier, RN

Required 3 Medication passes will be arranged individually with the instructor and cost of $100 per student is not included in the fee
