The natural world has so much to teach us about daily living when we practice mindfulness and stillness. From the plant and animal life to the natural landscape, nature offers many lessons that can enhance our emotional and physical wellbeing. Join Martin Gagnon,  certified Meditation and Mindfulness instructor, for two powerful evenings as he leads nature-based meditations. No meditation experience is necessary. Thurs., March 18 & 25. 7-8 pm
