Replenish your reserves and quiet your mind with this gentle, slow flow yoga practice. Show up on your mat, breath, and move until all you feel is you. Find your safe space--your hands, your heart, and your beat. Trust that you can surrender from "doing" to "being," moving and resting in the rhythm of the breath.
